1. Vehicle Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement provided at the time of booking or collection. This agreement will detail specific terms, conditions, insurance, charges, and your obligations for your rental. In case of conflict, the Rental Agreement prevails.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age may vary by vehicle).
Hold a valid, full driving license for the vehicle category.
Provide valid identification and proof of address.
Provide valid payment information for rental and security deposit.
Meet any other criteria specified in the Rental Agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via phone or our website.
A booking deposit may be required.
Full payment and security deposit are typically due at collection.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Condition and Return

Inspect the vehicle upon collection and report any existing damage immediately.
Return the vehicle in the same condition, allowing for fair wear and tear.
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as collected, or a refuelling charge will apply.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
You are responsible for any fines incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic third-party insurance is included. Details are in the Rental Agreement.
Additional insurance options may be available to reduce your liability.
You are responsible for damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless otherwise covered.

6. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies vary. Please refer to your booking confirmation and the Rental Agreement for specific details. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the vehicle for:

Any illegal purpose.
Racing or hazardous activities.
Transporting hazardous materials.
Sub-renting or allowing unauthorized drivers.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Any purpose for which the vehicle is not intended.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by English law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data. Our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence, or for fraud, remains unlimited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
